How to handle resistance while manifesting

In your manifestation journey, it is very important to know how to handle resistance or any negative thoughts effectively. The reason is simple if you do not handle the resistance or try to resist it, it will take your focus away from living in the end, and you might end up in doubts and more resistance.

Let’s understand what happens when we have some kind of resistance in our minds. Resistance always starts from a negative thought and if you don’t handle this negative thought at the very beginning, it will invite more and more negative thoughts, eventually, you will have many negative thoughts and you spiral, and it might seem nothing is working out in your favour.

So it is very important to catch those negative thoughts/resistance at the very beginning and handle them properly.

There are different ways to handle resistance

By responding instead of reacting

We can handle resistance or any negative thoughts by simply responding to them rather than reacting.

For example -

“I am scared, these negative thoughts will manifest” — Reacting

“These thoughts are only coming to me to release them, they have no power” — Responding

“I have been practicing living in the end for a few months, still I have not seen any movement in 3D, I might be doing something wrong” — Reacting/Questioning

“NO!! There is always movement, I am doing everything right, I am the god of my reality and I trust the process, everything always works out for me.” — Responding

“It seems too difficult to change my circumstances, I don’t know how it will change and will I be able to manifest my desire” — Reacting

“Circumstances do not matter, I don’t know how it is going to manifest but someway and somehow I will get exactly what I desire. “ — Responding

So once you start responding to your negative thoughts instead of reacting to them, you will be able to prevent your reaction to them.

By allowing your negative thoughts to pass

This method is very helpful when you have many negative thoughts going on in your mind, or you might feel like spiralling or reacting to the 3D. So with this method you simply allow yourself to have those negative thoughts and let them pass.

For example — Let’s take an example of SP

Let’s suppose you are manifesting your SP back, and you stumbled upon your SP picture with the 3P on social media, and you reacted to it. You tried to flip your negative thoughts to positive affirmations, but it is not helping. To handle resistance under such a situation, simply allow yourself to feel the way you are feeling right now, acknowledge the resistance and let it pass. You can practice some inner conversation to handle the resistance which will look something like this

“I know I am reacting, and I have many negative thoughts right now, but I allow myself to feel or even react to my 3D. I allow myself to feel the way I am feeling right now, I can have this resistance or negative thoughts and still, I can manifest exactly what I desire. Everything is working out in my favour. Even though this feels difficult to shift, that’s normal. This circumstance is working in my favour even if I can’t understand how. I allow myself to pass these negative thoughts.”

Just to mention allowing the resistance does not mean you allow it and now dwelling on it. It simply means be an observer and give no power to your negative thoughts and let them pass. And once you find yourself in a neutral and natural state of mind, you should resume affirming and living in the end.

Your negative thoughts are just a reflection of an old story

When you have some negative thoughts you can simply address them by saying “These thoughts are just a reflection of my old story, and they have no power now, so I do not need to worry about them. I allow them to simply pass.”

The thumb rule is simple, whatever you resist, it will persist. If you try to ignore your resistance or try to fight it, it will increase. Instead, you should acknowledge it and handle it by allowing or responding to it.

Now let’s cover resistance under some common case scenarios while manifesting, which I have seen multiple times among my clients and the solution to handle those effectively.

Resistance when you try to figure out how and when

When it seems almost impossible to manifest the desire since circumstances are very strong and your mind tries to figure out how it is going to manifest, or you are waiting for your desires to manifest, you are looking for “when” it will happen. Which creates doubts or resistance in your mind.

Solution

You should remind yourself that how and when is not your job while manifesting. You have to trust the unseen and have the faith in the law. Somehow and someway you will receive your manifestation, your manifestations will come to you, your job is only to claim its possession right now in your mind. You have to trust the law.

Resistance while manifesting SP

Resistance

When you are manifesting your SP back, or you are already with your SP, but you do not like the current version of SP or SP is with the 3P. In all the above cases you will find resistance, old stories or negative thoughts in your mind.

Solution

All the above cases are just your current circumstances which are going to change once you persist in your new inner story. Whenever a doubt or negative thought creeps in, you should affirm something like this with authority like you are giving orders to your subconscious mind — “It does not matter how my current circumstances are, but I am going to manifest exactly what I desire. My SP has no free will, Sp has to conform to my new inner story, cause SP has no choice. I am the creator of my reality and in my reality, SP is always showering love on me.”

Resistance while manifesting money

Resistance

You are manifesting being financially independent and rich. But in 3D you feel worried or have anxiety while spending money, or you have bills to pay, and you do not have the required money. All such situations create resistance in your mind.

Solution

Under such a situation, you should remind yourself that your current 3D reality with regard to money is just the result of your old thought patterns around money, or it is just an old story. Since now, you are focusing on being abundant your 3D will soon conform. Whenever you feel worried or have anxiety you should be doing your money affirmations and not let these negative thoughts trigger you.

So it does not matter what case scenario created the resistance, do not fight it, ignore it or resist it. Instead, acknowledge it properly and resistance will have no power over you.
